While at Hughes in the 1980’s, I mathematically modeled Soviet electronic warfare (EW) signals used to jam the AMRAAM radar guided missile.  I wrote software that simulated the missile radar receiver and the EW threats.  We used it for years in the design process – honing and refining performance.  The AMRAAM deploys on F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22 Raptor and F-35 aircraft.

As a financial engineer, I specialized in fixed income analytics.  Morgan Stanley high yield bond traders looked to me as a “go-to” quant.  Trading millions of dollars in bonds daily, they counted on me for flawless analytics.  I went on to manage Morgan Stanley High Yield Bond Index production at sister company MSCI.
